Whenever I write rants on tumblr, I normally set them on private. This, however, I want to share with my followers. 

Today, my family and I took an outing to Uniontown, PA. We explored the town, and afterwards, I was waiting for our parents with my sister by our car. As we were talking, two boys who looked as if they were about 13 were wheeling their bikes across the parking lot, past our car. One of the boys purposely made a snide remark as they were passing by, loudly saying “fucking dumb Chinese bitch!”.  I have no idea what brought that on, seeing as I don’t even know who the hell those kids were. I also want to point out that calling us “dumb” was such irony, considering it was these two bigoted kids that were saying it. We were shocked by this blatant racism directed towards us, but I told my sister to ignore them and avoid eye contact because they wanted some sort of reaction from us. The boys then stopped several meters away from our car because of our lack of response. The same kid then again yelled “HEY!” towards us, wanting us to do something in retaliation. When we didn’t move or turn towards them, he then again said “dumb bitch” in a loud, blunt voice.
